They genuinely shouldn't be on the road. I just park away from other cars. New drivers will expect automatic hand brake and auto parking. Big shock when they buy a 10 year old economy car lol. I always see so many people who are curb kissers. That's what I call people who drive their front bumper up over the curb or parking stop. Drives me crazy but I never do it.
